BUDJI TRESVALLES MFA, Thesis Track Coordinator/Full-time Faculty

Her career has a two-pronged orientation: design practice and teaching. In her design practice, she specialized in product development, trends forecasting and research. Her product specializations include lifestyle products, toys & games, fashion accessories and seasonal decorations. Her design practice spans more than 25 years with a long-stint at the Design Center of the Philippines (DCP), a government design agency, and as design consultant for local and companies abroad. She was involved in design trainings for manufacturing industries in many parts of the country and around Asia. She was active in training before she moved to teaching in the academe. She graduated from the University of Sto. Tomas, both earning her BFA in Industrial Design and MFA in Painting & Sculpture (Magna cum Laude). She had an academic scholarship sponsored by the Department of Education through the Industrial Design Scholarship Program of DCP and was an Advanced Degree Grantee at Benilde.
